Integration with Shopee
Adding an integration
Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopee
Add your Shopee account by clicking Add
You will be asked to enter specific data to connect your Shopee account.
Important: Make sure to select the appropriate region during the setup process.
Message Import
Initial Import: All messages from Shopee during the first integration will be imported into the Responso inbox and automatically assigned the closed status.
Location: Messages from Shopee will appear in the main inbox list, marked with the Shopee logo.
Message Retrieval Speed
After successfully adding your Shopee account, messages will start to download.
For the first import, the time may vary depending on the number of messages, but it should not take longer than 1 hour.
After the initial import, messages are retrieved every 5-10 minutes.
How Many Messages Will Be Imported?
Messages from the last 90 days will be imported.
Where to Find Shopee Data in Responso?
Shopee data will appear in the main inbox, identified with the Shopee logo.
Once you open a message, you will have access to detailed information such as the message content, customer details, and more.
