Integration with Modivo

To connect your Modivo account with Responso, follow the steps below.
If you have multiple stores on the Modivo platform associated with the same email address, you will need to add a separate integration for each Store ID whose correspondence you want to manage in Responso.
Log in to your Modivo account.
In the top right corner of the screen, click the person icon and select Profile, then navigate to the API Key tab.
Click Generate New Key, and once the API key is generated, copy the key.
Log in to Responso.
Select Add Channel and choose Modivo.
In the window that appears, paste the copied API key. Additionally, fill in the name of the integration and the Store ID of the Modivo store you are integrating (providing the Store ID is mandatory, even if you only have one store on Carrefour). After entering the details, click Create.
You can find the Store ID by clicking on your storeβs name in the top left corner of the Modivo panel.
After successfully adding your Modivo account, the message import will begin. The time may vary depending on the number of messages, but it should not take more than one hour. Subsequent messages are imported every 5-10 minutes.
All messages from the added Modivoaccount will be imported.
Messages will appear in the main inbox list, marked with the Modivo logo for easy identification.
