Agent

An agent in the Responso system is a user assigned a login and password.

Typically, an agent corresponds to a customer service employee.

Each agent has a role within the system, which can be defined by assigning specific permissions. By default, there are two roles available in the system: Admin and Agent. The user of the primary account (not created through an invitation) is assigned the Admin role by default.

Note: There is a limitation in the system regarding the number of people who can be logged into a single account. Only one person can be logged into an account at any given time.
