Adding the agents
To add an agent to the Responso system, you have to go to the “Agents” tab and then select “Invite Agents”:
The next step is to enter his email address and assign him a suitable function in the team:
You can invite several users at the same time.
Selected people will receive an email with an invitation and will be asked to configure the system and set their password:
After correctly creating the account, the status at a specific agent will change to “Active”:
You can remove an added agent at any time by clicking “Delete” or editing its profile.
