Step-by-step instructions
In your BigCommerce account
Log in to your BigCommerce account.
From the menu, select Settings, scroll to the bottom, and in the API section, select Store-level API accounts.

Click the Create API account button.

Name your integration (e.g., Responso) and select the following permissions:
Customers – Read-only
Orders – Read-only
Products – Read-only

Click Save.
Once saved, a window will appear displaying your Client ID, Client Secret, and Access Token. After clicking Done, a
.txtfile will be downloaded to your computer containing these values along with the API Path (you will need all of these to complete the integration in Responso).



In your Responso account
Log in to your Responso account.
Click the Add channel button in the top right corner of the screen.
Select BigCommerce from the list.
Click the Add account button.
Fill in the fields using the data from the
.txtfile generated in BigCommerce:Integration name – any name that helps you identify the integration within Responso.
API Address – the address found in the API PATH line.
Client ID – the value from the CLIENT ID line.
Client Secret – the value from the CLIENT SECRET line.
Access token – the value from the ACCESS TOKEN line.
Outgoing email – choose which email address should be used to send replies to customers inquiring about BigCommerce orders. You can select any inbox integrated with Responso. The default address is within the responso.com domain, created during your Responso account setup (you can find it under Settings > Domains and email addresses).

Click Add. Your integration is now active.
