Integration with SerwerSMS

Adding an integration

To integrate Responso with SerwerSMS, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the SerwerSMS website: https://serwersms.pl.

2. Go to Settings → Interfaces.

3. Select HTTP API.

4. Add a new API user:

   • Generate a new login and password, which will be used later in Responso.

5. In Responso, go to Settings → Integrations → SerwerSMS or click the relevant link.

6. Enter the API user login and password that you generated from SerwerSMS.

7. In the Sender field, enter either your phone number or 2waySMS.

Message Retrieval

• Messages received before the integration with Responso will not be imported or visible in the inbox.

• The integration will only apply to new messages after the setup is complete.

Viewing SerwerSMS Data in Responso

• Messages from SerwerSMS will appear in the main inbox in Responso, marked with the SerwerSMS logo for easy identification.
