Integration with Cdiscount

If you have an account on the Cdiscount marketplace, you can easily integrate it with Responso to manage your communications efficiently.

Adding the Integration

  1. In Responso, click the Add Channel button and select Cdiscount.

  2. Click Add Account.

  3. In the window that appears, fill in the following fields:

    • Integration Name: Enter a name for the integration.

    • API Login and API Password: Use the credentials generated earlier in Cdiscount.

    • Specify the email address from which replies to customer messages on Cdiscount will be sent.

  4. Once all fields are filled in, click Create.

Your integration is now set up.

Message Import and Management

  • After adding the integration, Responso will import messages from Cdiscount from the past 30 days.

  • New messages will appear in the Responso inbox in real time, allowing you to manage, respond to, and organize them.

  • You can also set up automatic actions related to this integration, such as autoresponders or message forwarding.
