### Shein Integration in Responso

1. Click the Add Channel (Dodaj kanał) button in the top right corner of the Responso panel.
2. Select Shein from the list.
3. Name your integration, then enter the API Address and Access Token.
4. A new inbox address has been generated for this integration. Copy this address and add it to the email forwarding settings of the account linked to your Shein store. This will allow you to receive Shein messages directly in Responso.

**How fast are messages downloaded for the first time?**&#x20;

Messages are downloaded instantly.

**How many past messages will be imported?**&#x20;

Messages sent before the integration will not be downloaded and will not appear in your inbox. The integration only applies to new incoming messages.

**Where can I see my Shein messages in Responso?**&#x20;

Shein inquiries appear in the main window on the list of all messages, clearly marked with the Shein logo.
