# SerwerSMS

## Adding an integration

To integrate Responso with SerwerSMS, follow these steps:

1. **Log in** to the SerwerSMS website: <https://serwersms.pl>.
2. Go to **Settings → Interfaces**.
3. Select **HTTP API**.
4. **Add a new API user**:
   * Generate a new login and password, which will be used later in Responso.
5. In Responso, go to **Settings → Integrations → SerwerSMS** or click the relevant link.
6. Enter the **API user login** and **password** that you generated from SerwerSMS.
7. In the **Sender** field, enter either your **phone number** or **2waySMS**.

## **Message Retrieval**

* Messages received before the integration with Responso will not be imported or visible in the inbox.
* The integration will only apply to **new messages** after the setup is complete.

## **Viewing SerwerSMS Data in Responso**

* Messages from SerwerSMS will appear in the **main inbox** in Responso, marked with the **SerwerSMS logo** for easy identification.
