Integration with the Cdiscount marketplace is now only possible through the Octopia platform. If you are using an old, direct Cdiscount integration, please set up the integration from scratch using the steps below.

Step-by-Step Integration

To complete the integration, you will need the following credentials: ClientID, Client Secret, and SellerID. To obtain them, visit: https://developer.octopia-io.net/api-credentials/arrow-up-right.

  1. Select the option "I'm using a feed aggregator", then choose "My aggregator requires a clientId, clientSecret and SellerId".

  1. Create your ClientID and provide your email address. Accept the platform's terms and conditions. Click Confirm Client Id and email to proceed.

  1. Your ClientID and Client Secret have been generated. Copy and save them in a secure place – they will not be displayed again once you move to the next step.

  2. Confirm that you have saved the keys and click Proceed with seller authentication to continue.

  3. Log in to your Octopia account and copy your SellerID.

Configuring Responso

  1. Log in to your Responso account.

  2. Click the Add Channel (Dodaj kanaΕ‚) button in the top right corner.

  3. Select Octopia from the list.

  4. Click Add Account (Dodaj konto).

  5. Fill in the following fields:

    • Integration Name: Enter any name for your reference.

    • Client ID: The Client ID created in the previous steps.

    • Client Secret: The Client Secret created in the previous steps.

    • Seller ID: The ID retrieved from Octopia.

    • Sales Channel: Octopia allows selling on multiple marketplaces; select the one relevant to your integration (e.g., Cdiscount).

  6. Click Next. Your integration is now active.

Order Data from Cdiscount

Once the integration is added, messages from Cdiscount will flow into your Responso inbox. You will also see order details on the right side of the ticket view.

Supported file formats include: .png, .bmp, .tiff, .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, and .pdf. You can attach up to 3 files at once, with a maximum size of 4 MB per file.

Yes, automatic filters are created for this integration.
