This manual covers the integration with the Magento 2 platform. Please note that integration with Magento 1 is not supported.

Adding the Integration

  1. Log in to your Magento admin panel.

  2. From the side menu on the left, navigate to System and select Integrations.

  3. Click the Add New Integration button.

  4. Enter the name of the integration (e.g., Responso). Provide an email address for potential error notifications. Enter your Magento password in the Your Password field to authorize the integration. Other fields are optional.

  5. Switch to the API tab and set the Resource Access field to All.

  6. Click Save.

  7. To activate the integration, click the Activate link in the row corresponding to your new integration.

  8. Click Allow. The system will generate the keys and tokens required for the Responso panel.

Configuring Responso

  1. Log in to your Responso account.

  2. Click the Add Channel (Dodaj kanał) button in the top right corner.

  3. Select Magento from the list of available integrations.

  4. Click Add Account (Dodaj konto).

  5. Complete the form:

    • Name: Enter a name for the integration (e.g., the name of your integrated store).

    • Store URL: Provide the full URL of your Magento store.

    • Keys and Tokens: Copy and paste the credentials generated in Magento: Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token, and Access Token Secret.

Note: You can find these keys and tokens in Magento by going to System > Integrations and clicking the pencil icon next to the relevant integration.

Order Data from Magento

Once integrated, Responso will automatically link incoming emails with Magento orders, provided the sender's email address matches the one used in the Magento order. Within the ticket view, you will have access to ticket details, sender information, and the full history of Magento orders associated with that customer.
