To integrate the Responso system with eBay, you must link your account with our system. Go to settings> Integrations> eBay and then select “add an account”:

You will be taken to the eBay login page, enter your details and log in:

Then you have to allow access to the Responso application.

It is Ready. The integration will enable you to handle correspondence with customers.
