# Atualizações do Responso

## Nova Integração com Whatsapp <a href="#nova-integracao-whatsapp-0605" id="nova-integracao-whatsapp-0605"></a>

Com a nova conexão do Whatsapp vamos precisar realizar algumas configurações para criar uma nova conexão.

**Como remover a conexão antiga:**

1. Acesse o link: <https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/whatsapp_account> e selecione "Contas do Whatsapp".

2. Selecione a conta na lista, acesse o "Gerenciador do WhatsApp" e remova o número de telefone conectado. Digite a senha e selecione o motivo.

3. Acesse o [link](https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/whatsapp_account) do passo 1 clique em "Remover do Portfólio da Empresa".

4. Acesse <https://developers.facebook.com/apps> e remova os aplicativos de lá (um por um, se houver mais de um).

5. No Responso exclua a integração com o Whatsapp.
