# Avaliação de Respostas do Assistente de IA

Para melhorar o Assistente de IA de acordo com as expectativas dos usuários do Responso, introduzimos a possibilidade de avaliar cada resposta dada pelo Assistente dentro de um ticket.

Se você estiver satisfeito com a resposta, clique no ícone de polegar para cima no canto superior direito da mensagem. Se você achar que ela está incorreta, clique no ícone de polegar para baixo e deixe um comentário explicando o que deu errado.
